“Great experience! Took it in for a timing belt/water pump replacement on my 3rd Gen 4Runner. They got it completed in a day. Also performed a full vehicle inspection and noted other things that needed to done. Very transparent about their pricing, and letting me choose to work on things that I wanted to complete myself. Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for. But I knew my 4Runner was in great hands of a shop that cares. Communication and payment options were great. Would definitely recommend taking your Toyota here!”

“I had an amazing experience with their team today. There was a stripped bolt in my steering wheel that was stopping me from doing repairs that needed done urgently. Other shops I went to were unable to take care of it until next week, but Doc immediately took the time to look at the problem and got the bolt out right there in the parking lot. Words can’t describe how relieved I was, that bolt was the absolute worst.
Every single staff member I spoke with while I was there was super knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back with any other issues that I have.”

“I had a good experience overall! Great customer service, friendly and responsive team. They diagnosed my wheel bearing suspicion accurately and fixed it quickly. Which other shops miss diagnosed. The car drives great now!
Only feedback, I was advised to get a $150 alignment, but since no suspension parts were touched as far as I know, I wasn’t sure it was necessary. I went ahead with it for peace of mind but would’ve appreciated more context on whether any suspension components were actually affected.
Edit: I've used this shop many times now and am very satisfied!”

“I bought me a Lincoln MKZ and right away took it to Landmark Lincoln due to a couple minor recalls that the previous owner never had done. I was met by Jorge my Service Advisor who was AWESOME! Jorge set me up an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. Honestly I was kind of hesitant not knowing what to expect. When I returned to have my vehicle serviced Jorge and some of the other service members were Great! They all interacted with me, laughed and joked as if they had known me for years. Jorge even showed me how to operate some of the bells and whistles on the vehicle. Thank you so very much Jorge and other Service Advisors! I also found out later, after telling one of my friends about my pleasant experience, that she also takes her vehicle to Landmark Lincoln to have her vehicle serviced and had nothing but good things to say as well.???”
