“Brought my 2000 Ford expedition in for ball joints and tie rods also the crew found an oil leak which didn't cost much to fix and no one else found it and fiddle with blend door actuator got that working again.

“Al is truly old-school — a man who gives his word and stands by it, which is rare these days. I brought in my vintage Dana 60 and within minutes they had the rear end apart inspecting the carrier and clutches. Instead of trying to sell me parts I didn’t need, they were completely honest and told me the clutches were still in great shape and just needed to be soaked and reassembled.
They called Tuesday afternoon saying it was finished and even came in under the estimate. A day-and-a-half turnaround with almost no notice is incredible service. Honest, fast, and knowledgeable — I’ll absolutely be coming back for any rear-end work and highly recommend them.”

Also performed a full vehicle inspection and noted other things that needed to done. Very transparent about their pricing, and letting me choose to work on things that I wanted to complete myself. Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for. But I knew my 4Runner was in great hands of a shop that cares. Communication and payment options were great. Would definitely recommend taking your Toyota here!”

“I had an amazing experience with their team today. There was a stripped bolt in my steering wheel that was stopping me from doing repairs that needed done urgently. Other shops I went to were unable to take care of it until next week, but Doc immediately took the time to look at the problem and got the bolt out right there in the parking lot. Words can’t describe how relieved I was, that bolt was the absolute worst.
Every single staff member I spoke with while I was there was super knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back with any other issues that I have.”

“I had a good experience overall! Great customer service, friendly and responsive team. They diagnosed my wheel bearing suspicion accurately and fixed it quickly. Which other shops miss diagnosed. The car drives great now!
Only feedback, I was advised to get a $150 alignment, but since no suspension parts were touched as far as I know, I wasn’t sure it was necessary. I went ahead with it for peace of mind but would’ve appreciated more context on whether any suspension components were actually affected.
Edit: I've used this shop many times now and am very satisfied!”
