The front desk and tellers are all friendly and helpful, and one of the bankers, Craig, is the most friendly and motivating banker I’ve met. He’s got me on the savings train with some upgraded accounts and it only took about 20 minutes. Looking forward to banking here more! Thanks yall.”
“I went to chase on Sheridan and 16th right across the street from Sloan's lake my teller she was awesome she was patient, very very awesome customer service. Me and my granddaughter were having trouble with her transaction and my teller MRS zmarissa went above and beyond to try and help us.
That is why I stay with chase when you have tellers like Marissa”

“Came in around 2:35pm, 10 minutes before the cutoff for wiring money. I needed this wire to go through in a bad way, as I was in the process of buying my first home. Joe, at the Edgewater branch, was there to help, with a smile and immediately started making it happen. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He is indeed a great asset to the Bellco brand. I have banked at Bellco for many years, and was seriously considering taking my business elsewhere, but that interaction/ transaction that Joe helped with, reeled me back in! Great Job!
