I was wanting to close a CU account and after calling my CU and not being able to do it I was directed to go to a shared branch location - Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement FCU. I arrived with all my paperwork and was so lucky to have Deb, Mindy and Stephanie help me. It took a lot of work and effort and they jumped in and made it happen with smiles, kindness and expertise. I could not have been happier! If I would have qualified I would have joined. I cannot imagine a better group of people to represent the credit union philosophy of people helping people. If I ever need a shared branching location again, I know where I am going. You should too!”

I submitted a dispute Tues evening a check had been cashed and was definitely fraudulent.Adam contacted me the next morning.He was very helpful and quickly got the issue with a forged check to the Fraud Dept. “I've been a member of Zing (formerly known as Denver Community) for over 30 years and throughout this time I have worked with very kind and knowledgeable staff. Yesterday I had a charge that I did not authorize. Heath McKenny was the person who not only did research to see who this company was and emailed me the information so that I could contact them and have the money returned to my account. He advised me what to do if I have problems with this company in the future. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and went beyond and above to help solve this issue.”

Mona has always helped with loan needs, and while I miss seeing her, I know Jamie is behingd the scenes supporting the operation. I could not more highly reccomend this organization and this branch!”

“I have been banking with CU Rockies for 15+ years and moved away 10 years ago, so most everything is done over the phone or internet. They have always taken care of me and done what is right by the customer, hands down EVERY TIME.I just recently dealt with Sue on a special request because I was under a time crunch. She worked diligently internally to make sure things were taken care of and kept me informed on what to do and how to help things move along. I doubt she knows, but I have talked to her A LOT on the phone over the years and she has always been pleasant and helpful. A few times going above and beyond to do what is right.This is a great Credit Union and in my opinion showcases what a money management institution should behave like.”
“EDITING 1ST REVIEW:I would love to send my deepest thank you to Donna at a totally different branch for reaching out to me and being so kind and helping me get my correct 10 digit checking account number so I will not be having the same issues as previously. I will just have to see what I can do with my creditors on how to repair my 90 day late status.my payments to creditors being returned due to funds being taken out of saving instead of checking account making me 90 days delinquent. Walking in to the Garrison branch and asking for my Checking account number I have always been told that my account number 7 numbers i was never aware that i had to put a sufix or 10 digit number to have funds withdrawn from the correct account assuming that my Checking account would be the account used to withdrawl funds. I spoke to Leo in the call services department a few weeks ago when I had another payment overdraft my savings account just to be rudely told that I had to have a 10 digit account number or that the credit union could withdraw money from what ever account they wanted since I didn't have a specific account noted. I was also told that I needed to go on line and down load the bank application since I only had cards account down loaded and I was not aware that there were multiple online applications for credit union of Colorado that I had to use. I have 90 day late payments on my credit report due to my payments being returned onto of having to pay creditors returned payment fees along with paying credit union of colorado over draft fees”

“I have been a member at DFDFCU for 40 years. I have been in Vietnam for one year now and still can’t access my online account. I can use the queue phone by calling in but I can only get balances, not individual labeled transactions. Generally I have had great service for 40 years from the credit union. But when I explained to the rep that it doesn’t work to send me a code number that I have to phone in from Vietnam she said no problem. Yet it was a huge problem. We tried many solutions and settled on letting my brother become a member and list him on my account. After having him turn in all the paperwork and jump through all the hoops I was informed by the same rep he can’t be a member. So I asked that I can send a code to access my account by email like most other banks do. The answer is that this is impossible. So for one year I haven’t been able to see my account transactions. I have tried a few times to rectify the situation but no one at DFDFCU seems inclined to assist me. I really hate to discontinue a 40 year relationship with a good company for something as easy to fix as this but I believe that is my likely course of action.”

“I’m writing this review in reference to Cristina Webber and Vanessa who is a teller I forget her last name both of these young ladies are the Heart and Soul of Sooper Credit Union Lakewood me and my husband Steve literally do not trust anyone else in there to perform our financial transactions some months back the new office manager messed up on my husbands credit card payment causing his card to be over-drafted she did not even have the decency to call and tell us so when we went to use the credit card it declined it that’s how we found out well guess who fixed it Cristina to be honest she should have been the office manager she is very professional and knowledgeable about the business anytime we come in she greets us like family and she knows everything about our accounts the same thing with Vanessa there is nothing Vanessa does not know about our accounts we literally trust these two with all of our business transactions if the two of them ever leave to another financial institution we would probably follow them in the 13 years we have been clients the last 2 years there has been a lot of turn over in the administrative leadership and it has not been good because of Cristina and Vanessa we stay these two make the whole difference in this Credit Union the top administration need to be more aware of who they choose to put in leadership roles if not for Cristina and Vanessa I would have given one starShout out to two very well put together professional young ladies you are appreciatedAndrea and Steve Garcia”

I’ve financed two auto purchases through the credit union, and both times the purchasing process with the dealership was seamless, as was my time spent paying down the loan. Christian B and Danelle P were both incredibly helpful in paying off my second auto loan recently and couldn’t have felt like I was better taken care of, especially on such a large transaction. I plan on always keeping them as my credit union of choice whenever I need their services.”
