“We got some Wills notarized here for $15 per signature and $10 extra for witnesses they provided. It was fast and easy. No appointment, just walked in. We only needed a couple signatures but it could get pricey if there were more. We went to the bank first to get other signatures we needed for free but they wouldn’t do Wills. Glad to finally get that off the todo list. They were friendly as well. Would definitely come back.”
“Our Eames chair and ottoman were shipped from Denver to Boston. Chris, the manager at the UPS store, found the least expensive way to ship the pieces with the right amount of TLC in transit. Chris packed everything and used the freight arm of UPS called TForce for shipping. Their communication was great, and they arranged a delivery window that worked for the recipients. They broke down the small pallet and brought the items inside. The chair and ottoman were in perfect condition.
We had a terrific experience, and loudly endorse Chris and the UPS store on Colorado Blvd for any shipping needs!”

“I was curious to see why this location had so many one-star reviews but they do appear to be 5-8 years ago, and most of them are related to Insurance problems or lost items which might be outside of the store's purview, it might not. Something that always keep in mind when you're shipping with any carrier and dropping off at a location that isn't necessarily owned by that carrier: if you buy insurance and it's scanned, then insurance is active and you don't need to deal with the store level for the claim, that would be UPS Corporate in this case. So get it scanned and get a receipt for the scan. The purpose of my visit today was to drop off an Amazon return for which I already had a label , so I just needed to see them scan it. You can also use the self-service Kiosk for this purpose and then it's digitally recorded in the system without an employee being involved.
My visit was smooth and I had no issues, other than the parking lot is ridiculously busy and it's got a bunch of people buzzing around for a parking spot every moment of every hour. And of course that's not the fault of the shop if they happen to be in a hot location, kudos to them actually for being in the center of a buzzing business zone.”

“This has been my go to UPS store for a very long time. I think a couple of years ago it went under new management. The crabby lady who grumbled at everything is gone. Now there's a guy named Rozohn and he's awesome. Always helpful, polite and professional. I was there one time, waiting in line along with 4 other women and this blustery man came in and demanded to cut in front of everyone else because he just needed to pick up a package. He got really rude and obnoxious and was yelling at Rozohn, who never lost his cool. I on the other hand did not refrain from telling the guy off who left in a huff. But Rozohn never blinked. He just smiled at all of us and took care of business. Whatever I bring in whether Amazon return or UPS package or USPS mail, he's there to help.”

He was instrumental every step of the way—from info on pickup timing, to packing it up really securely, and helped me figure out my best option for carrier services. I had a way better experience than I would have if I went anywhere else! (My package also arrived much faster than I was expecting, and in perfect condition)”

“This is THE BEST UPS Store ever. Anywhere. I dropped off some amazon returns the other day and a personal item I had received with a note card and a pair of earrings had inadvertently gotten dropped off with the returns. I contacted the shop and Chris was SO helpful. He tracked down the returns that I had dropped off from my tracking receipt and went above and beyond to look through all of the returns and found the earrings and gift card. CHRIS SAVES THE DAY! Thank you so much to our friends at UPS 0579. You've always got our back. Great folks, always friendly.”

“I've been here many times and mostly felt transactional. My latest visit, during a heavy snowstorm, they went above and beyond. Had to expedite a foam core poster and with their help was able to repackage, condense and ended up saving $200! Took some time and that's what I appreciate.
