“I use this location almost daily, I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The staff has always had a polite, friendly, helpful attitude. People for some reason think shipping is supposed to be fast, if you want your stuff shipped correctly and to the right place, take a deep breath and slowdown. The employees are doing the best they can. The self service option at this location is an absolute lifesaver. I’m happy to know the trick. The store is clean and in a convenient safe location. A+ to this store compared to some I’ve visited.”

“We got some Wills notarized here for $15 per signature and $10 extra for witnesses they provided. It was fast and easy. No appointment, just walked in. We only needed a couple signatures but it could get pricey if there were more. We went to the bank first to get other signatures we needed for free but they wouldn’t do Wills. Glad to finally get that off the todo list. They were friendly as well. Would definitely come back.”

“I rent a large individual office at Intelligent Office–Westminster, a locally owned coworking and executive office space in Westminster, Colorado, and have had a consistently positive experience. The space has a pleasant, professional atmosphere with comfortable furnishings, good sound absorption, and thoughtful shared amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine.
• The office is fully staffed by an office manager and reception team during business hours, with the option for 24/7 access. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful, and it is refreshing to work in a space where you are greeted by familiar faces rather than feeling anonymous.
• Before finding Intelligent Office–Westminster, I rented from a large national coworking chain that felt impersonal and overpriced. Intelligent Office–Westminster is locally owned by a Colorado-based company, and that shows in both the service and the environment. I especially appreciate that visitors are greeted by a receptionist instead of walking into a sterile waiting area.
• There is a wide range of services available, from individual offices and coworking desks to mail services, phone answering, and two very nice conference rooms. Most offices have windows, and the coworking space has excellent daylight. The location offers ample parking and easy walking access to Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and several lunch options.”

“Just went in at the last minute, in need of boxes and tape. Didn’t have exactly what I needed, but the clerk, Jennifer, was absolutely more than helpful. Went through all the back boxes, every nook and cranny for tape, called her boss, and helped me out in the end. This place is a great resource if you’re locally moving, and the prices are actually a LOT better than you would get at places like ACE. Thanks, Jen!”

“This has been my go to UPS store for a very long time. I think a couple of years ago it went under new management. The crabby lady who grumbled at everything is gone. Now there's a guy named Rozohn and he's awesome. Always helpful, polite and professional. I was there one time, waiting in line along with 4 other women and this blustery man came in and demanded to cut in front of everyone else because he just needed to pick up a package. He got really rude and obnoxious and was yelling at Rozohn, who never lost his cool. I on the other hand did not refrain from telling the guy off who left in a huff. But Rozohn never blinked. He just smiled at all of us and took care of business. Whatever I bring in whether Amazon return or UPS package or USPS mail, he's there to help.”

“Today, the manager at the Golden Colorado UPS, Betty Fuller, helped me avoid paying for Quantum Fiber equipment I had shipped in early March. I needed the tracking number for the shipment but had discarded the shipment receipt I received when I dropped the package off. At first Beverly tried to find the tracking number by going thru their database but the query had resulted in 45 pages of potential tracking numbers. When Quantum Fiber customer service could not provide any additional assistance towards finding the tracking number including their own corporate account number, she tried another way to query the database using my name. She found the record I needed which listed the tracking number, the date my package was delivered to Quantum Fiber, and the name of the employee who signed for my package. Her quick thinking saved me $600. I am grateful for her help and advocacy!”
