“Cristian was very helpful and attentive to any questions or concerns my husband and I had. We went in for an upgrade. While applying for a payment plan for the phone my husband wanted, his phone died while retrieving his bank information. Cristian offered for him to charge his phone in the store. We ended up with a great deal on the upgrade and Cristian even threw in a case as well as an adapter for free! He showed us some cool features the phone had and recommended to watch some YouTube videos to learn a little more about it.”

Clancy took care of me, got me a new phone, set up everything for me, and was super professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He explained all my options, walked me through the steps with the new plan, and even helped resolve when an issue came up with keeping my current number. He's respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Save yourself some time and just go to Tom!”
“Definitely 5 star service with how quick they were to fix my laptop once they received the part. Took a little longer to get to that point than expected due to some customer portal glitches, but understand that's out of peoples control. My recommendation is to call after 3 weeks if you haven't heard anything.”

“I stopped by Cell Zone today to have them look at my charging port on my phone. The guy couldn’t have been more courteous and respectful. He took about 5 minutes cleaning out my charging port and works like new again. He didn’t even charge me for the work he did. I will definitely be back when I need any of their services.”

I especially go there for my Apple products and they’re also very good about any other kind of device you have might have issues with.
