“Cristian was very helpful and attentive to any questions or concerns my husband and I had. We went in for an upgrade. While applying for a payment plan for the phone my husband wanted, his phone died while retrieving his bank information. Cristian offered for him to charge his phone in the store. We ended up with a great deal on the upgrade and Cristian even threw in a case as well as an adapter for free! He showed us some cool features the phone had and recommended to watch some YouTube videos to learn a little more about it.”

He explained all my options, walked me through the steps with the new plan, and even helped resolve when an issue came up with keeping my current number.
