“We stop here often, especially if we have Safeway fuel points to use. On our most recent visit, we enjoyed a 40 cents/gallon discount. It is right off Colorado Highway 86 and is very easy to access.”
“Good store for the small town we have. Fair prices, clearance isle don’t get marked down quick at all, a lot of it costs very close to origami price. A lot of marked down things throughout the store so be prepared for a longer visit to find the sales goodies. Also be prepared for a pretty unfriendly staff. (Probably 60% of them). They are slow to help, quick to make you feel uncomfortable or like you are wasting their time
Last experience was self check out, being scrutinized heavily (because I didn’t ring up my bday cake till last). by a very unfriendly unsmiling older lady employee who was clearly needing a break. So note to all, go when you have a few extra minutes, and smile at all the employees, maybe they will smile back??”
“Before their floral department was open and needing balloons, Jason (associate manager) and Lindy were incredibly helpful and got 12 balloons up and running for me. Most stores would make me wait or stress the inconvenience. Not here. This staff is why Safeway in Elizabeth is our go to grocery.”

They are always friendly and helpful, and prompt with contacting the doctor when required. It’s unusual to have such good service in this day and age and I really appreciate these people.”
