“I don't have a Chase account minus my preferred Visa card. I had to go in today to discuss some fraud prevention issues and getting a new card approved. A man named Moody handled my issue with absolute professionalism. He made half a dozen calls, hung out on hold several times and got it all cleared up. By the time I returned home, the new card was approved and all the miscommunications were handled. I just may have to open an account with Chase since their people are so professional and helpful.
