“I can’t say enough good things about Star Tech Federal Credit Union and Mystic Mihalick in particular.
When my credit was not at its best, Star Tech still treated me with respect and gave me a very fair auto loan rate. That alone would have been enough to earn my appreciation, but their customer service went far beyond that.
Later, after I left the credit union, I had an issue with a dealership that needed proof the title was clear and that everything had been handled correctly on Star Tech’s end. Mystic, the president of the credit union, personally went above and beyond to help me get the documentation and clarity I needed. She was responsive, helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me solve the problem.
I have honestly never experienced customer service this good from a bank or credit union. Star Tech FCU treated me like a person, not an account number. I’m very grateful for the way they handled both the original loan and the follow-up support afterward.

“Bank is a place I just want to be in & out quickly and get on with my life just like everyone else perhaps. This latest encounter though was due to a much urgent situation as we were supposed to close the house ownership transaction today. We did not have an appointment made since we did not anticipate any glitch happening. Life should be always butterflies and rainbows. WRONG!!!
Long story short, we ended up sitting & waiting, waiting & sitting for a good half hour until the agent Theodora came to our rescue~ in a big way. She helped squared it away with all her best might in a calm & professional mannerism. We really appreciate her taking the initiative to help solve our problems on a whim. The transaction did get delayed by one day due to this mishap. Nevertheless we'd like to extend a big shout out to her.

“Best Chase banking experience I've had in a long while!! Keith Valdez literally saved the day after waiting upwards of an hour and a half at another branch location for business account services. He knocked out about 10 things, including adding my DBA, adding an authorized signatory, ordering checks, and even depositing a check, all while sitting in the comfort of his office. He had such a pleasant demeanor, it was as if I was chatting with an old friend. Promote this man to branch manager!!!”
