stars from me. Starting off with scheduling, Sunil was polite and understanding how meticulous I am when having someone work on my cars. On the installation day, I received a text letting me know 45 minutes in advance before Carlos arrived within the promised windows. Carlos is a true professional and full of courtesy. During the installation, he was patient, treated my car like his own, and completed his job without making any marks nor scratches on the wheels!
If you value your time like I do and want to have a true professional working on your car, I am giving my highest recommendation to SJ!”

“I recently went into this store (on aprox Broadway and Alameda) as I was having issues with my tire and then my battery. I had gone in before ,simple and quick, just to grab something.
One of the guys came out to my car and helped me find out what the problem might be. He, and the other people working that day, were very respectful and courteous while being honest about the possible problem.
The guy didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need, even though I was willing to buy a brand new battery. I instead ended up buying a spray for the corrosion on the battery connections and also a tire gauge. They also were very patient as I asked quite a few questions!
I can't tell you how much I appreciate not being taken advantage of. Trust between business and consumer is not what it was 20-30 years ago and to have found a place I can trust and give my loyalty to is refreshing.

He quickly and efficiently swapped out the old battery for a new one. Matt also took the time to check my engine light and patiently walked me through some simple steps to address the issue. The team here is always friendly, and their customer service is outstanding.”

“Austin helped me figure out a major taillight issue I was having with my civic. Took the time to check all the bulbs and help me find the correct replacements. Then when I was still having an issue he suggested it may be a fuse problem and told me where to find the info I needed. Found a blown fuse in the circuit and was able to swap it out in the parking lot. Problem solved!! I appreciate you Austin! ?”

“Went to Autozone nearby and bought some wiper blades. I had no idea how to install (or un-install) the new blades I bought and the old ones had a dumb clip style that was ridiculous hard to pull off. Ended up returning the blades cause I thought that they were a different style. Went to O'Reilley's and they helped me un-install the old ones and put the new ones on. Thank you so much for helping me out!!!”

“Came in for some windshield wipers and I couldn’t figure out how to put them on. Went back and Carlos came out to help me, well I bought the wrong ones and he helped me locate the correct ones at another location (told me what ones to make sure I got as welll) while I grabbed something else in the store he went back out and put my old wipers back on for me. He was such a nice young man. As I was leaving another employee coming in for their shift held the door and wished me a nice day. Staff here is wonderful and I appreciate their customer service! Thank you!”

“Dale who works here is one of the greatest parts people I’ve dealt with. He is friendly, knowledgeable when it comes to parts, he can always lead you in the right direction, and cares about your project or personal car. Mel who is the store manager is a wonderful person to work with. She’s always got a good attitude. She goes above and beyond. Wish I was closer to this store because their service is better than other locations I’ve been too.”
