“Our Eames chair and ottoman were shipped from Denver to Boston. Chris, the manager at the UPS store, found the least expensive way to ship the pieces with the right amount of TLC in transit. Chris packed everything and used the freight arm of UPS called TForce for shipping. Their communication was great, and they arranged a delivery window that worked for the recipients. They broke down the small pallet and brought the items inside. The chair and ottoman were in perfect condition.
We had a terrific experience, and loudly endorse Chris and the UPS store on Colorado Blvd for any shipping needs!”

“I was curious to see why this location had so many one-star reviews but they do appear to be 5-8 years ago, and most of them are related to Insurance problems or lost items which might be outside of the store's purview, it might not. Something that always keep in mind when you're shipping with any carrier and dropping off at a location that isn't necessarily owned by that carrier: if you buy insurance and it's scanned, then insurance is active and you don't need to deal with the store level for the claim, that would be UPS Corporate in this case. So get it scanned and get a receipt for the scan. The purpose of my visit today was to drop off an Amazon return for which I already had a label , so I just needed to see them scan it. You can also use the self-service Kiosk for this purpose and then it's digitally recorded in the system without an employee being involved.
My visit was smooth and I had no issues, other than the parking lot is ridiculously busy and it's got a bunch of people buzzing around for a parking spot every moment of every hour. And of course that's not the fault of the shop if they happen to be in a hot location, kudos to them actually for being in the center of a buzzing business zone.”

“I'm in there about once a week for the last two years, as we use it for our business's PO Box and package deliveries. They have always been helpful, and work with me when I have annoying little requests. They always let me use their dolly and don't complain about the hundreds of pounds of shredding I bring in. Lalitha is my favorite, always saying hello with a smile. I think it's a great location with friendly service.”

“I went in the there yesterday and was greeted by a lady with was very joyful and friendly, she went above what is asked of her and double checked everything I was doing just to make sure it was right, I love people like that you leave the store with your mood elevated because of one happy appreciative employee..That was not always the case at the same store I actually submitted a review that was in regards to a unfriendly and unhelpful employee . So good job owner, I took down my negative review and replaced w.ith a 5 STAR. FYI the lady older lady , tall, short gray hair”
