“I was in town for a two day fishing trip. This place is 7 minutes from Kirk’s Fly shop and walking distance from the Rock Inn restaurant (a fantastic locals spot). It’s quiet and comfortable. The in-room coffee was much appreciated! Definitely will return next year! I would recommend the Kind coffee shop in town over others. Ed’s Mexican restaurant is excellent as is the Rock Inn.”

“My first time staying here and it was amazing. We stayed in the 'romance' suite and it was incredible. Huge room with its own fireplace, waterfall rock, huge walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, and a jacuzzi outside the room. Breakfast in bed was included! There is a theatre room on the first floor (we didn't get a chance to use) as well as a small spa. The whole chateau is very well maintained and looks new.
The location is literally just outside one of the entrances to the RMNP.”

“Easy & scenic 7 minute walk to town with shopping & restaurants along the Riverwalk. Rooms were clean & ours had a small balcony with chairs & table on the river. Quick drive to RMNP. Loved our stay here.”
“Such a beautiful place and the rooms were great quality. It's all updated and the exact size you'd need for whatever mountain adventures you're doing in the Rocky Mountains. I would definitely go here again.”

“We got the room with the river view and it was absolutely worth it. The hotel is located 10 mins form the fall river road entrance to the rocky mountain national park.
The room was small but clean and cozy where you could enjoy the river view. I wished they offered any hot breakfast items like eggs or waffles. Also, they have conflicting information regarding the hot tub and the pool timing. On the information tab in the room they mentioned that the hot tub and the pool closes at 9 pm whereas we later found out the pool actually closes at 10 pm. We were unable to use the pool at any day because by the time we returned from the park after our dinner we thought the pool was closed at 9 pm.”

“We held our family reunion at the gathering room at the solitude cabins. It could not have been a more perfect venue, with a beautiful room, a nice kitchen, and staff who were willing to go the extra mile for us. Some cousins stayed in the cabins, and really liked them. I personally stayed in one of the rooms at the lodge and it was lovely and beautiful as well. I could not recommend solitude enough!”

“The hostess, Sandra, our at Twin Owls waitress, Amber and all the other staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! We decided to stay in Estes Park and extra night and happened to be eating at Twin Owls on our first night. We mentioned we were considering staying in town another night and Sandra made the whole process of booking super easy! Breakfast in the morning was great and coffee delivered to the room was a nice touch. I enjoyed the non-traditional hotel set up as well. There was not a front desk per se, nor staff everywhere. And yet as soon as we had a question or looked for someone, they were right there! We will definitely be back!!”

“I stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and had plenty of towels and other toiletries. The location was so convenient since it was a 6 minute drive to the Beaver Meadows entrance to the park and just a few minutes the other direction to downtown Estes Park. Plenty of food options around. The staff were also very nice and informative. The river was beautiful and had plenty of furniture around to just sit and enjoy it. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s thinking of visiting Rocky Mountain or Estes Park.”

“My husband and I usually stay in more expensive chain hotels while travelling but we were in Estes for a wedding for five days and most all of the hotels were double what we paid here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean and it was very quiet although the place was packed. We will definitely stay here again!”

“One of best stays anywhere. Room was perfect. Best hotel fridge, on and perfect temp. Loved the reading lights over bed. Shower had great water pressure. Towels not very soft but 100% clean. Highly recommend.”
“Wonderful place to have a large event. We had our wedding reception here. The catering was exceptional and the space had the most amazing views. Also the space rental was very reasonable and within our budget unlike some of the other venues in Estes Park.”
“We stayed a few nights in the fall and it was a perfect place, so close to downtown Estes Park and a few entrances to RMNP. We enjoyed our stay, the proximity to everything, the surrounding lake with a great walking path, and the on-site restaurant!

“?️ Hotel Review: The Stanley Hotel – Room No.10, Tasmania
Stayed at Room 10 for a night and honestly… I didn’t want to leave.
?️ The room:
Cozy, clean, and simple — but the real star is the window view. You get the ocean right outside your window. I could sit there all day with a cup of coffee just watching the rain fall over the sea.
? Location:
Right in the heart of Stanley village. Easy walk to cafés, restaurants, and The Nut. Peaceful surroundings, perfect for a slow escape from city life.
? Pros:
• Stunning ocean view from the room
• Quiet, relaxing atmosphere
• Comfy bed and great shower pressure
• Excellent location to explore the town on foot
⚠️ Things to note:
– No elevator, stairs only (but it’s a small building)
– It can get a little chilly and damp if it rains — bring a warm jacket
? Final thoughts:
If you’re after a peaceful stay with million-dollar views (at a reasonable price), Room 10 at The Stanley Hotel is a hidden gem.
Rainy weather made it even more magical.”
“Our stay have been lovely. Quiet space tucked into the pines. We booked online and didn't realize there are 2 locations in town. We expected the one with a fire pit and Casa Colina...we had the other. It was nice, but just be aware in case you are wanting the extra amenities.”
“For the price, it's very reasonable and nice. Staff was friendly, there was a game room, and at the end it's a place to stay. If other reviews are bad, I mean this is a 2 star hotel, there are Ritz Carltons around, if you want to stay there.
Again great place, 3 min from Estes and 10 min from the Rockies”
“Communicated info from host was clear and helpful. Questions were answered promptly. Checkin/checkout was a breeze! Parking was nearby and convenient. Unit was very clean, had the basics we needed. Location was convenient to RMNP, which we enjoyed. Additional lighting in living space would be helpful.”
