She had great customer skills...a role model for customer service...Joshua Mendez/General Manager came out and said he could fix it! I was delighted...then he said he could fix it while I was there...he was super nice and friendly...he fixed it right away and did a fantastic job!!! “I recently went to Christopher‘s Dodge Ram after a horrible experience at the dealership I had bought my 2018 Dodge Rebel. A good friend had recommended that I give them a shot and I have to say that I’m thankful he did. I firmly believe that we should not be judged on when things go well but rather on when things don’t. After receiving my vehicle back after a very extensive maintenance, one of the parts failed. They stepped up and did the right thing and even took the time to test my truck further to make sure that I would not have the issue again.
