Oil Change in Evergreen, CO

“… I can’t stand what’s happened to the tire market over the past 20 years but there is nothing I can do about it.

Or so I thought,until I realized, that I didn’t need to subject myself to listening to a bunch of overinflated claims, dubious “warranty and protection packages” that are great, if you live down the hill in a burb or downtown and the location is a block away—and you never really need to contest something.

I stopped into Evan’s after wasting nearly 30 minutes at one of the major chains while I was down the hill. After watching the associate I was working with struggle to find the tires I wanted; I wasn’t willing to drive to Brighton (which was the only location he could confirm had 4 of them) in order to secure them, nor was I willing to roll the dice and see if they would arrive in the usual shipment that would arrive the following Monday at the location I was at.

I needed tires that function here in the foothills. Have a more aggressive tread pattern, capable of towing a reasonable load but don’t sound like I’m rolling in Peterbuilt on I-70. Within 5 minutes Kat showed me a couple of tires that were a well known brand, drew up a quote and scheduled me for an install the following afternoon. No up-charges, no trying to sell me on an extended warranty, no BS!

Love the tires, but moreover—loved the simplicity of getting them done quickly and with a local business that I trust.

I suggest that opposed to standing in the lobby of some chain or membership club watching them play the shell game of “what’s in stock, what’s on sale, what’s eligible for a mail in rebate…and my all time favorite…”This is what I drive on”…that you support Evan’s Auto. The prices are competitive and the lack of BS is refreshing.”

“I was here last week and WOW-amazing customer service, kind employees all around and they even helped me eradicate an unwanted nest! They sent me to Home Depot to get the right stuff to help keep the vermin away-and then had me come back and showed me exactly where to spray it. That is above and beyond-and I just don't feel like anyone does above and beyond anymore. Thank you Evergreen Jiffy Lube-we will be back!”

“Absolutely incredible service from this Walmart auto center!

From the top down, Alex, the store manager, went out of his way to rectify an automotive situation that occurred.

He was extremely ethical, kind, and provided wonderful customer service, and it seems as though that he has trained or is in the process of training everyone in this Walmart to be the same way!

Stevie, who overseas automotive, much like Alex, went out of his way to make sure that the issue that I had was resolved.

Calling in on his day off, making himself available, everything someone looks for in upper management.

And the crew at the auto service center was the same. A great group of people who went out of their way to make things right.

Michael, a technician who has been here for quite some time, has always been fantastic at customer service and took it up a notch in my most recent visit. He’s a true asset to the Walmart team.

Ashton, Damien, Alex and the ENTIRE crew here are to be commended for extraordinary customer service.

I hope that Walmart senior management sees this review and lets each of these individuals know what a wonderful job they’ve done by me.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS WALMART AND SPECIFICALLY THEIR AUTOMOTIVE CENTER TO ANYONE.”
