“Wonderful staff and owner. Ive gone here over the years for printing, Amazon returns, and to send mail. They were always friendly and helpful. Recently, my brother passed and I need funeral pamphlets printed. Not only were they able to do that but they helped me center my creation, printed them, and then folded them. It was very kind of them and took a huge stress off of me during that time.”

“I went to Staples with a last-minute printing job for a wine tasting, and Zach was already buried in other orders. Even so, he took the time to help me send the file from my phone—I’m not especially tech-savvy—and made sure everything printed correctly. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, so working with Zach was truly refreshing.”

“I’m in here regularly for printing and other work related needs. There are two employees in particular that I truly admire for their work ethic and helpfulness even when crowded. The young female near the print center and older gentleman at checkout / Amazon. You guys are awesome and deserve a raise.”

“I am in California, and my daughter urgently needed an important document printed at the FedEx location on Woodman. I emailed the document to the store, and Shayla was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was impeccable. She was warm, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. She could hear the urgency in my voice and immediately provided the support and reassurance I needed, even though I was helping my daughter from another state. I truly appreciate Shayla for going above and beyond. We need more employees like her in customer service. She is a shining example of what exceptional customer service should look like. Thank you, Shayla!”
