They still went over ever detail of the inspection with me and discussed what would be needing to be done in the future. “This place is the best. Often shops will insist you need a zillion $ worth of repairs when it's either not true at all or falls under the 'nice to do but not essential' category. I explained out of the gate that this is a very old car and my plan for the not too distant future is to bring it to Canada to leave for occasional family use. It would not make sense to pour a ton of money into it now. Cameron totally understood my perspective and didn't suggest anything was even necessary - he said that eventually there was something to be done, but not anytime soon. They did the more immediate thing I brought it for, and it was far more affordable than I anticipated and done very quickly. They're straightforward and honest mechanics and I am never taking my car anywhere else.”

“Few glitches . However. After another day passed awaiting for all the diagnosis mentioned and handsomely paid for.
They corrected and repaired or replaced items that created the electrical problems. ( no.lights no turn signals, and no brake lights or 4 way emergency lights) This is my daughter's car she had in high school. She died from domestic violence at age 23. I will continue to.keep.car and hopefully bring it back to life so.I can enjoy car and the memories I have had of her while in high school.in Loveland,Co.”

“7:30am, screw in tire, low air pressure. Roll in to store parking lot at 7:40am, they open at 8am. By 7:50am the team had the bad tire off the car and were done by 8am. Crew was so polite, professional, and efficient. SUPER REASONABLE price for tire repair and highly recommend!!”

“I am not one to normally leave reviews, but I was absolutely blown away by Southern Tire Mart's customer service and speed. Guy was so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me.
I hit a pothole going into work nearby, resulting in the sidewall of my tire being blown out. While they did try and save the tire, unfortunately, it could not be patched.
All things considered, they had me out the door with a new tire in about an hour, even with having to go and pick it up from a different location. All for an extremely reasonable price.
I could tell they were invested in giving me the best and most reasonable service possible and not trying to squeeze every little bit of money out of me.
It's so refreshing, especially in this day and age, to have such good customer service and such a good experience.
Even though the shop is thirty miles away from my home, they have gained new customers for life! Can't reccomend this shop enough.”

Brandon, who checked me in at the front desk, went above and beyond by coming outside to record my vehicle’s mileage and carefully inspect each tire for wear and tread. His attention to detail made the process feel thorough and professional from the start.
I would also like to recognize Anthony, the technician who performed the tire rotation. He clearly explained how the tires were rotated, where they were moved to, and gave helpful guidance on when I will likely need new tires in the future. I really appreciated how informative and transparent he was.
Overall, the experience was smooth and efficient. I scheduled a phone appointment and was told I could come right in, and everything happened exactly as promised. I didn’t have to wait long, the work was completed promptly, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my vehicle and driving away afterward.
