“I had an amazing experience with their team today. There was a stripped bolt in my steering wheel that was stopping me from doing repairs that needed done urgently. Other shops I went to were unable to take care of it until next week, but Doc immediately took the time to look at the problem and got the bolt out right there in the parking lot. Words can’t describe how relieved I was, that bolt was the absolute worst.
Every single staff member I spoke with while I was there was super knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back with any other issues that I have.”

“Dropped my car off Monday with a brake line leak, the techs were able to troubleshoot it down before they closed and called me telling me what parts were needed. they sourced them from Stevenson Lexus and were told 3-5 business days, but it came much sooner and installed them before business close on Wednesday. “Had a leak in my tire, stopped in to see if they had time to repair it. They took a look at it and told me I would need a new tire, it could not be repaired. Unfortunately they did not have the brand tire I needed but told me where I could go to get one. They topped off my tire and sent me on my way.

“I went to get my 2017 Chevy Colorado AC re-charged, and I could not be more happier with the rate that they provided to me. In addition to the great rate, they had a coupon online for all new customers, so they were able to honor that as well. I called multiple locations to get quotes for recharging my AC system, and they by far were the best deal that I could find around the Denver, CO area. I highly recommend them if you are needing to get anything specalized such as recharging an AC unit, they were great and fast, they had me in and out of the door in just under 1 hour, very impressive and FAST! I highly recommend them, their rates are fantastic and will be hard to beat!”
“I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Just before the holidays, my car fell apart on me. The wheel detached, and the undercarriage was on the pavement. I’m no auto expert, but it looked pretty bad.
Thankfully, Garret and Don’s Garage turned what could have been a nightmare into a surprisingly positive experience.
I initially chose this shop because they were prompt, polite, and welcoming on the phone. They even stayed a few hours after closing on a Friday to receive my car from the tow company. By midday Monday, they had diagnosed the issue and provided a quote that was far lower than I had braced myself for.
Though they needed to order a part, the work was completed by midday Tuesday. Upon my request, Garret gave me an honest recommendation to address the same issue on the other side but made it clear there was no pressure to proceed, knowing I was on a tight budget. After considering his advice, I decided to move forward, and they completed the additional work by the next afternoon, even throwing in a free oil change for being a new customer.
Throughout the process, they were transparent, respectful, and never upsold unnecessary services. They answered every call promptly and thoroughly explained all the details.
One FYI I’d offer is that there’s a service charge for credit card payments, so paying with cash or a money order can save you a bit.

The new owner David is taking the next steps in that mission and has made many improvements in property landscape, available parking spots and increased security, and most importantly personal customer service, diagnosis and explantation, in and transparency. David listens to and respectfully addresses concerns, and takes the time to go above and beyond to make the experience positive. I didn’t feel like my car was an annoyance or taking up precious shop time and space in an overloaded schedule. When that happens it seems that issues can get skipped over and quality diagnosis and repairs can suffer.
