“I went in there on 1/23/26 interested in getting a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot because the Internet/Wi-Fi availability in Longmont is absolutely atrocious! All the staff in there were super welcoming and helpful—especially Michael who had great knowledge about the products available and was able to help me choose the right product and plan for me. It was also pretty quick, because he was so efficient— which I really appreciated. If anyone needs any T-Mobile services, I highly recommend this location!”

He was easy to talk to, took his time answering everything, and made sure I actually understood my options. “We went in to upgrade Mom's iPhone. Customer service is very friendly. Wait was less than 3 min around 5 pm and it took less than 30 minutes. Granted, the phone is out of stock and will be shipped to us in a few days. But that was the easiest and most pleasant phone upgrade I've had ever!”

“Jacob is a wonderful sales person!! He was helpful, honest, and relatable. His integrity was noticed by both my husband and myself. He not only sold our new phones but himself as well. I would HIGHLY recommend him for honors.
NOTE: If you don't want trashcans, you should pay someone to clean. Lack of trashcans was ridiculous.
