“Just upgraded phones at the Prairie Ctr Pkwy location.. Allen was absolutely WONDERFUL. He was very informative. Took his time to explain everything to me. Made sure that the transfer went smoothly. In this day and age there is little to no pleasant customer service. This young man is definitely an ASSET to T Mobile. He knows how to treat people right. His customer service skills are EXCELLENT!! It was a pleasure to deal with him. Thank you, Allen. God bless you for your professionalism. I hope T Mobile will recognize you. Elizabeth M”

“I went into Cricket Wireless just expecting a typical visit—ask a few questions about plans, prices, and phones, and be on my way, but Angel made the whole experience way better than I expected. He was easy to talk to, took his time answering everything, and made sure I actually understood my options. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated, and he even went the extra mile by explaining things I didn’t think to ask about. Because of that, I left feeling confident and good about my decision, and overall it was just a really great experience.”

“As I have to drag my son and wife through the parking lot during a blizzard because he doesn't know how to stay out of the street and she doesn't like to carry him because he built like baby hulk; we walk in and an employee is wiping down carts. Masks and sanitizer was on a stand to the left. Everyone and their grandma happens to shop all at once it seems like but as I can put it the best is that Target is the rich man Walmart. My wife won't even let me go to Walmart while I'm with her so we go to Target when I'm with the family. A bit safer and usually I'm the darkest, hairiest, most grizzly man in there so I usually feel pretty safe.”

“These guys are great here. Darin helped me get a pop up ad that was draining my battery on my phone. He took the time to go through my phones settings and this was something I spent weeks trying to fix. Very knowledgeable and very nice and respectful people here. Ive came here for years and recommend this Verizon store to everyone. 10 stars. Thanks again Darin!”
