High quality shoes, knowledgable staff, good selection, good reputation. What impressed me the most was getting a full refund 3 days later when I discovered my beautiful shoes hurt my back. Plus it's a large store, large selection and I was actually waited on without asking. Unheard of in Fort Collins.
