This time the styles they had in stock just did not jive with what she was hoping for. The store is clean and laid out nicely. They do have a good selection of shoes to look at. “I entered without being greeted. I helped myself to pairs of shoes for my child, but I needed to verify the size. Should I go with a 12 or a 13? Although he was wearing a size 11, I just wanted to be sure. So I looked around for about 23 minutes for a foot measuring device, and I found someone who worked there. I asked if she could get me a child's foot measure, but she wouldn't. I then measured my son's foot myself. I found size 12 shoes and started looking for something for myself. I saw a few great deals, but I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for. Still, I decided to get the 2 shoes for my child. The store is very clean and well-organized for such a big store. I just wish the service were a little better. When I arrived, the clerk was very nice, but normally, you expect to be greeted and asked if you need help or assistance when you walk into a store. You shouldn't have to search around for something for yourself. As for the foot measuring device or shoes, I understand that shopping for shoes can be a hunt, but not for a foot measure.”
