Was able to book a car online and when I went to pick up the one girl there said there was no car available even after getting charged a booking fee. Insane.

These trucks are old, poorly maintained, and rented out without proper inspections. Customer service is awful. I wouldn’t recommend renting here if you want to avoid problems and a frustrating experience.
