“Coming from Denver on the Bustang & arrived at the downtown transit center here in Fort Collins & that place is made to board another bus easily. There is outdoor audio so one can hear when your bus is arriving & a very short walk to board that bus. This place was made for convenance in mind.”

After the mixup at the other enterprise location, Andrew was able to give us a car immediately. A very nice Buick. Kris drove to pick us up at the dealership. Kris also is a wonderful guy. So polite and friendly.Returning the car I neglected to call Andrew I was returning the car. He reminded me I should have called as he didn't have anyone to take us back to get our car. Andrew found someone to take us to our car. Vinny drove us back. Nice young man as well.Overall one of the best experiences I have had with a rental car place! “I picked up a car from this Ft. Collins location for a one way rental. The two guys working there were great. After they learned I would be driving the car for over a week (and not going direct to the Denver airport, which is more common), they switched me in to a car with fewer miles. Could not have been more helpful and professional. This location is locally owned and based on this experience, it'll be my first choice for future rentals.”

“Great deals through AAA here for a weekly rental. Made my week trip out here far more fun and able to go do things! The staff are friendly and do their best to help. I had paid for an upgrade, but they only had a Spark and a Soul in the computer. I loathe the Soul's, but she was able to get me into an Edge at last minute, and I loved it! Will come here in the future.”

“Review is for Maddison at this location. We had a Budget car rented from another location die in Greeley. After multiple calls and literally hours on hold with customer service and roadside assistance, I got fed up and stormed into this location to get the car replaced. Maddison fought for us with roadside assistance and got a new car delivered to the driver's location. I haven't rented from this location, but wanted her to know that her willingness to fight for the customer is appreciated.”
