“Many of their tools are rated well. For most types of tools, you can choose from a range of quality vs. price levels. Everything is a good deal. Staff always helpful.”
“Austin in the parts department is always very knowledgeable and friendly,. He is a great asset to your team! Terrance in the parts department is also very accurate and friendly, a quick shout out to David and Nick in service....Thanks guys for always taking the time to answer questions.”
“Kathryn at the S Academy location is the lady to go to for a project. If she doesn't know the answer she will find it like she does. I'm serious! She cares about her job an her performance an it was evident. Thanks again Kathryn I really hope you see my review.”
“AS OF 3/19/26 There is overnight street parking available. For Receiving incoming trucks today is your lucky day to be able to come to this great place to off load. I called to see if I could get in at 0700 instead of noon and they allowed that to change the appointment with notice.
Arrived at door 25 to check in and got a door immediately and took 45 minutes too to get done.
Thank you Ace for making my day great today. I’ll be back.”
“Honestly I usually don't come too often to home depot. But! From the few times I've gone with my husband he's always found what he needed with ease. Are the prices a bit high. Yes. Such is life every where I suppose.”
“I had such a pleasant experience here yesterday! Mark and the manager (didn't catch his name) checked the entire store for some potting soil I was trying to find, and although it was out of stock, they special ordered exactly what I needed. Mark helped me find everything else on my list and was extremely helpful and kind. I'll definitely shop here first next time I need supplies from a hardware store.”
“I love leaving reviews for employees that deserve it. Mario was so sweet. He smiled from the moment i walked in to the moment I walked out. I even heard the couple he was helping as i walked in ask for his name as well. Its people like this who you need in your company and who also need a raise.
Side note not related to Mario...this Home depot location needs a plant clearance section so I can bring some of those dead plants in there back to life.”

“I love Lowe's! This location has especially been wonderful to work with. I've purchased many items over many years, and yes, there have been some issues, but the team members have always tried to make things right and I can say they're always so nice. Customer service 5-star!
Personally, I love the selection they offer of flooring, lights, appliances, etc. and the ease of ordering online is awesome. They make it easy to make purchase as a business and as an individual.
Overall, Lowe’s gets 5-stars from me without hesitation!”
