“I’ve had my dog groomed here about 5 times now and each time has been a great experience. Keno can be a challenge when it comes to any type of hygienic care, as he’s a wiggle worm. He got a small cut on his leg once because he is particularly sensitive about his feet being touched, and they let me know immediately and gave me a discount for that visit. I was pleased with how this was handled; totally professional! Additionally, they’ve made sure to take their time with the details, from his paw pads to his eyelashes. He has always left looking fresh and dapper.”

“I am very happy with the extra-wide cat house I purchased for feral cats I feed and care for. I put a fleece blanket inside and the next day, noticed that at least one of them had slept in there! The construction is quality. Heavy-duty cordura covers the frame and assembling it was very easy. Now, if I could only keep the bear that broke into my house Monday morning away, things will be fine. “The self serve dog wash was very easy to use and super clean. I love that they provide everything you need. We also loved being able to shop around while waiting for a room to open up. There's a lot of options for food, treats and toys for both dogs and cats. Pretty cool experience and we will probably be back. Also, the staff were super friendly and were awesome with our little kids. Overall, pretty neat place!”
