“What another great UPS store experience. Hope and Rachelle were incredibly kind and helpful. I’m not sure what UPS has in their training manual for customer service and I know that each location is individually owned, but every location we’ve encountered -from Baltimore, MD to Homer, AK, to Denver, CO- everyone is super positive and helpful. Keep up the good work!”

“Because of the UPS app, I falsely accused this location of not getting my package out quickly after I dropped it off. 24 hours later, I entered the tracking number in the app on my smartphone, and it replied that it could not find that number at all. Later and n a whim, I went via Chrome to the UPS website and reentered the tracking number, and the website informed me that the package had been sent out promptly. I apologize to the young woman who helped me ship!”
-
16748 E Smoky Hill Rd Ste 9C, Centennial CO 80015
“This is the UPS store that is closest to me and I’ve lived in this area for about 20 years. In the past, it has been very hit or miss mostly miss. People were angry never friendly wouldn’t greet you, etc. But yesterday I went in and there was a lovely young lady who was smiling, helpful, energetic, and I have to say this was the first time I left there wanting to write a review rather good or bad. I ask her immediately if this place was under new management/ownership and she said yes. Kudos to the new management/owner!”
