The moment we entered he acknowledged us and let us know he'd be right with us and once it was our turn he was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and efficient. Additionally, he did this all with enthusiasm and humor that you do NOT see everyday, especially in jobs that *could* be considered repetitive or mundane. He did an exemplary job of assisting not only myself and my husband, but the others in the store as well while keeping the overall ambiance light and pleasant without feeling overbearing. His customer service skills are enviable. If I were still working in customer service I would have tried to recruit him which is why I would urge you to increase his wages to show your appreciation for him and to further solidify his place in your establishment.

So i now exclusively use Forex and every box i sent made it to Mindanao
I send at least one box a month sometimes 2 and in the past sent 3 with other company who did not appreciate my business....but Forex DOES and they are always friendly
Best part is the COMMUNICATION ...forex always returns calls and answers questions....that to me alone is what makes me give good review!!!
