dealership in Littleton and it sat on the lot for two days without anyone ever attempting to resolve an issue. So we picked up truck and drove it to Castlerock Ford (CF). Gary had the truck in the shop for diagnosis same day, parts ordered and repair completed next day. You cannot ask for better service. Castlerock Ford is 40 miles roundtrip for me, so it is not convenient. However, I would rather travel the distance for better service versus absolutely deplorable service from another dealership less than a mile from my home. Thats how great Castlerock Ford is to my family. It’s worth the drive to have someone appreciate your business and have someone you trust working on your vehicle. Michael got me squared away with an appointment and after bringing my truck in, everything was super simple from there. Picked up my truck later that day and they did an amazing job at getting the bedliner sprayed in without any issues.I've had the liner for over a month now and it's been holding up extremely well without any fading, chipping, bubbling or what not.I highly recommend this place!”

“I was to exhausted to remember anyone’s name, but the, what I would call new..er female that I believe is the manager has always been fantastic. After speaking to her around 4p to confirm parts were available, she said they would be pulled and ready. After calling them back at 8:40p to ensure I was bolting wheels on and still coming to pick them up, I arrived at 8:53..they close at 9p…. Everything I needed was on ready and on a cart so I could easily roll it out to my pickup, I feel like the worst customer arriving so close to closing time but because everything was ready to scan and charge me, I was out of the store in less than 2 minutes! 2nd time this manager has gone above and beyond”

They finished the repairs quickly at a fair and reasonable price. I was kept updated throughout the repair process. And best of all the finished product was as new.
The car was tight without any noise. Also, I did not recognize the interior it was cleaned so well.

I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and anyone who owns one knows how challenging it is to replace a headlight bulb. Other places quoted me hundreds of dollars just for the labor.
Walmart Auto Care did it for $10.
David, the technician, went above and beyond to get the bulb replaced, even though it’s a very tight and difficult setup on this vehicle. The front desk associate (sorry, I forgot his name!) was also super helpful and friendly throughout the process.
I’m extremely happy with the service and grateful for their effort. Highly recommended!”
