I had a hard to find brake pads that I needed for a horse trailer (E over H system), Miles took the time to look them up, cross reference them to a GM item, he matched them up to be sure its the exact part that I need, he order them, called me that afternoon when they arrived at the store. I got to the store after his shift but he made sure his counter part knew who I was and where he put them, he made my brake job that much easier. Thank you so much for helping me today”
