“I moved my U-Haul storage pods into an designated area within the Extra Storage Space facility in Parker Colorado, a few months ago. Ty the manager there, was extremely helpful at coordinating the entire storage pod drop-off. Ty made the whole experience efficient and easy for me to unload my belongings as well as getting acquainted with the facility layout and my new storage unit. Incredible customer service! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reasonably priced units!”

They were always available, and even accommodated my unusual request on when to put her on the tender. “This place is probably the best place t9 keep your things stored . There are two kinds of storage her controlled storage means it will keep your things from getting warp and from rats and bugs its controlled by heat or cool air percent for those rainy days or cold days no matter what. I give this place a 5 star review because they are affordable and very clean places.”

“We moved from Elizabeth Colorado to south haven Michigan. Around 11pm before Omaha Nebraska the penske broke down. I drove our 4 kids to the nearest hotel that had rooms available while he called penske. Penske sent a tow truck right away to drop my husband, brother in law and truck off at the hotel around 1am. By 7am they had a new truck dropped off at the hotel and by 8am a moving crew showed up to transfer our belongings to the new truck. Penske covered all cost including 2 hotel rooms. They even gave us an extra day to return the truck. I'm shocked at how nice penske was when their vehicle broke down.
I'd recommend penske over other moving companies due to the fast I trust they wont leave us stranded or in debt.”

“Exceptional Customer Service! I went online and booked a trailer. When I showed up, Zach let me know the trailer I booked would not work for the job I needed it for. He switched out my reserved trailer for the correct trailer with no extra charge. Then he came out to get me setup. Once he saw that my son and I had the trailer under control he returned to the office. As my son and I were inspecting and loading the trailer, we noticed a strap was frayed beyond use. I went inside the office and let Zach know. He finished helping the folks that were at the counter and came outside and swiftly replaced the frayed strap. He apologized profusely even though it was not his fault. Hours later when we returned the trailer Zach was still there. The great Customer Service continued by Zach. We dropped the trailer and were promptly on our way. I’ve rented a trailer before at U-Haul but Zach’s Customer Service solidified my future return visits.”

We had a rough start trying to rent a unit over a weekend but Dom noticed the attempt, proactively reached out to see what was going on, and went out of his way to get us set up with what we needed! I definitely would recommend renting here if you need a unit.”
