“I’m giving five stars because the travel vaccine process here was great. Costco is officially my go-to from now on. While most other providers won't even attempt to run travel vaccines through insurance, the team at Costco went the extra mile to make it happen. I was pleasantly surprised to get coverage, especially since my plan typically doesn't cover special travel-related vaccines. Highly recommend for the savings and the service!”

“The pharmacy and pharmacists are super efficient and work well as a team.
It really shows.
I would like to note that the line and structure to wait for medication is a bit crowded, and I feel like if they redesigned it, it could make the experience more seamless and less stressful. A clear waiting area that isnt in the way of three grocery lanes would be really such an upgrade. I think I could potentially get my flu shot here if the flu shot area was designed a bit better. Like I said, some dedicated direction and areas for the pharmacy could be best redesigned for some efficiency.
Ultimately, they are very responsible, responsive and know the rules and their job. Ensure that your doctor has all the information on hand to communicate with them. They are swift and great to work with!”

“These folks went so above and beyond to help me. I spent 9 days in ICU. Pain medication was set to expire several days before I could see an orthopedic specialist outside. They helped me track down the prescriber in a huge hospital and set up a bridge refill. May not sound like a huge deal, but it was. Major shoutout to these kind, compassionate and dedicated people. Special thanks to Angie, I was desperate and she made it happen. With all the struggles of a major injury, these folks went ton bat for me. Can’t express enough thanks.”

“9/19/25 after husband was released from hospital, we went in to pick up new prescriptions (maybe, 6:30/7 pm. One of the prescription’s prescribed had omitted important information; and although, late in the day, the pharmacist tracked down by calling the hospital . She was diligent, professional and kind. Note: I have noticed for sometime the pharmacy department at King Soopers has greatly improved from what it was, likely the reason for lower ratings.”
“This pharmacy is awesome. Staff really cares and does their best to get prescriptions done as fast as they can and very accurate. I've been going here for 6 plus years and won't change. If your Dr makes a mistake on your prescription, they will find it and get it corrected. Just from my own experience. To me, that says a lot about the pharmacist. People make mistakes. We are human, but grateful, there is someone who checks and corrects.”

“I took my two boys in for flu shots today while solo parenting and let’s just say… they brought all the energy ? The pharmacy staff was unbelievably patient, calm, and kind while I wrangled two wild kids who were very excited to explore the world.
They explained everything, made the kids feel comfortable, and somehow turned what could have been a stressful, chaotic experience into a genuinely positive one. One of my children is autistic, and they were especially thoughtful, flexible, and understanding — which meant more than they probably know to an overwhelmed mom.
Thanks to this amazing team, my kids actually had a great flu shot experience (still in shock about that). Huge thank-you to a pharmacy staff that truly goes above and beyond for families!”
“Just a small FedEx store inside Walmart, but GREAT customer service EVERY time I go in- Consistently! The gentleman that "holds-down-the-fort" is so courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. I've also found that when it comes to shipping things, FedEx usually does it for less than UPS and definitely a better choice that the USPS!! FedEx actually gets things where you want them to go! Imagine that!! ?”

“This Walgreens has been one of the original stores in this area, going back to when the nearby homes in Erie Commons were been built, so it has been a staple of my family for buying snacks and last minute items. They also sell spirit gear from the local high school: Erie Tigers. It's a regular Walgreens, but it also carries ice cream, milk, cereals, and an assortment of groceries that is wonderful so you can avoid driving to the supermarkets. It has a drive through pharmacy, and plenty of parking.”

A kind woman checked their stock, and had one box for me, and she held it until my doctors office called in. “Im suprised at all of the negative reviews. I think a lot of people just like to find something to write a bad review about. I moved to Brighton a year ago and this has been my new pharmacy since then. I have had zero problems with the pharmacy, in fact they have been very helpful with my questions and many medication changes. I have had to call them several times and they have always been friendly and helpful. They are obviously very busy and overworked like many pharmacys these days, however I am very happy with the service here.”
