“Happy Target customer … returns are incredibly easy and fast. Store well stocked, but if you want to check in advance, check availability online. Clean clean clean. It’s also a good “browsing” store to check out merchandise.”

“You can always find what you need and then more. I can try to walk out with just one item but it hardly ever happens. I'm never disappointed in anything I get but I feel like a lot of ppl can relate.....Always stocked and clean....During Covid I got to know the staff a lot because I was doing Instacart and shipt orders daily. They became my target family and it was a good time getting orders done because the staff was so helpful no matter the obstacles and rules during and after Covid .”

“Picked up a used Sony ST-S730ES tuner. Brought it home, and noticed that the IF Mode, Cal Tone and and Memory functions didn't work. I pulled it apart, and cleaned and reflowed the push button switches. It all worked until I would put the display board back in the unit. Short story - found that whoever had this apart put the wrong screws in the wrong locations... and one of the chassis screws that was too long was shorting out the ground on the display board that was common to all three functions. In fact, the longer screws don't even belong to this model per the service manual. The longer screw also caused the display board not to sit flush, making the push buttons mechanically inadequate. Once I moved a few screws around, everything was in working order. I would have thought Electric City would verify all functions were working correctly prior to selling. I'm just disappointed. Even though there is a 30-day warranty - it just sucks that this wasn't sorted out when it was in their hands. Dinging a star.”

“Awesome customer service. I called the national sales manager number and was transferred to the Denver location.I was trying to get information on a mounting bracket for a Yaesu 2900R. Not only did he find it in the system fast. But he went and found it in store to see if the screws were included or not.Sadly I’m in (MN) so going to the physical location is not an option. I would shop here if I’m ever in town.”

“Taylor Bronson (sales) and Brad Thomas (install/support) are exemplary employees of Soundings Fine Audio Video. Not only did we purchase and have expertly installed, exquisite, high quality, hi-fi audio visual equipment for several rooms and systems, as well as a total rehab of our home IT network, but these two gentlemen made our entire experience most enjoyable and exceptional - personal and friendly, yet always, obviously, technologically advanced and professional. While not being very tech-savvy ourselves, Brad and Taylor offered great and genuine patience with us in thorough education and training us how to utilize the most that our chosen equipment offers - and with follow up and open offers to call them with any questions for further clarification and support (which we have done on multiple occasions with immediate helpful and friendly support). The products can speak for themselves, thanks to a finely tuned showroom (curated with great expertise and discernment for some of the highest quality equipment for in-home use) for personal and optimal live visual and auditory experience, but Taylor took the time to walk through every question, concern, curiosity, specific need and optimal desire that we had. Then, Brad finishes the project with focused, personal, expert and meticulous installation thanks to his years of experience and dedication to bring our dreams into manifest reality. All with the commitment to, and actualization of, dedicated follow up support. Can't recommend this company and these guys highly enough!”

A far more welcoming experience than I've had at some other audio shops that I will leave unnamed. Also, while it's not what I was there shopping for today, a incredible selection of vintage audio equipment. I'll be back.”
