“WOW. I went to start work with my 2 screens, charger and a microphone when none of my ports worked. I was stressed and it was urgent! I went around town and ended up at this spot, super pleasantly surprised. They heard me, gave me space to speak, took my laptop and said they'd be able to work on it quickly. They kept me updated often via email and called to walk me through everything. It was just a great experience.”

“Tom is one of the most generous and knowledgable people I have met! My first encounter with him was after I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water, to which he immediately helped do a diagnostic test. After realizing the damage was irreversible, he provided me with options for what to do next and didn't charge me one cent (despite spending hours on my case). My second encounter was over the phone, when I asked him questions about my laptop to which he provided very honest and helpful information, which saved me a visit. Suffice to say, Tom is THE person to go to!”

“I had an excellent experience working with Victory at the Sheridan & 44th store buying my new iphone 15 pro max! He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable not just on apple products but helped me with other Verizon services. He said he would follow up by phone to confirm all was working well and he did! I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had buying a cell phone and I have had dozens of phones. “I just started doing business with this pawnshop, i like it here. They work with you and play fair. Only thing is that they close at 6pm and most pawnshops close at 7pm but they open on Sundays and most are closed on Sundays...... At least they will treat you and your items with respect and fairness. Come check them out!”

“I had gone to 2 jewelry stores in the mall to have a silver bracelet fitted with a new lobster clasp as the old one broke loose. Both places quoted $139, and would have to send it off-site with a 2 week wait. I was leaving and spotted a kiosk labeled "Watch & Jewelry Repair". Great service. 10 minutes. $40! He sauntered the clasp on so the jump ring wouldn't come loose again, and even deep cleaned and polished the bracelet for free. He just earned a new lifetime customer.”

Didn't get what I came in for because corporate Verizon lied about the promo but 5 stars for the guy working in this store that went to bat on the phone with corporate about lying about the "free" phone promo without explaining that it pumps your whole plan up for years to try to get the sale.”
