“Daniel and Sharon were professional and able to fix my cracked I-phone XR screen quickly. However, beware that their costs are a bit steep.
They’ll ask you to write a review to not pay sales tax, but won’t show you cost of service until after you leave a review on the spot. I paid $120 to repair a cracked iPhone XR screen. The phone works fine but the screen color is more muted and not comparable to original quality.”
“My girlfriend’s phone went black unexpectedly. I called for a quote - went in 10 minutes after. It was a GREAT price, FAST repair and very friendly team.

“I have always come to this store for years, even after I moved 40 mins away. Other stores are mostly rude and impatient, one even caused damage to my phone because of imcompetence. Not Cherry Hills. I had and iphone problem and visited on 8/2/2026. Service Representaive John was professional, knowledgable, and very patient. He diligently went through the process and fixed my wife's iPhone. Not to mention he is a true gentleman. He is an asset to the ATT organization and an example of what outstanding customer service should be. Hire more people like him and your company will do well. We decided to go into the River Point store and had the good luck of Ryan working on this day!Without judgement or hesitation he knew exactly what the issue was and just fixed it for her in less than 15 minutes! “I brought my phone in for a battery replacement. I ended up having to leave it there for a while ( +24 h) , but the people at Yakety Yak did everything they could to resolve the issue with the battery and the phone.
Be prepared to live without your phone for a bit, or have another one available so they can reach you.
They’ll give you a call when it’s done. You just need to be patient. I'd recommend them, great service!”
