“Fantastic company and employees! Noah & Elio moved my household from Evergreen to Durango and couldn’t have done a better job. Attentive, polite, professional, and efficient. Damien originally met me at my house and spent a good 1.5 hours discussing move options and providing a bid which was significantly under the competition. That included taking some furniture for Goodwill/disposal. The final bill was actually lower! The company accommodated a shift in the schedule, and everything happened exactly as promised. “We rented a unit at this location for about 3 years. We were out of the state from the minute we opened it till the second we moved out. When I tell you Brenda was an absolute DREAM to work with, I am not kidding. Not only was there clear explanations to all of our questions, but the communication we received from the team was 10/10. When you are sure your personal property is safely kept and the staff cares just as much to grant you that assurance, there is no price tag to put on that.

“Gary is the manager of the store make sure to ask for him he is a very respectful man who cares about your stuff and will take care of you I found him to be very honest and helpful through the entire process of working with Smart stop self storage and it is the single best place in Aurora where you can put your stuff the security is impressive and they even have a cool space for your electronics and cooled units where you can really keep stuff safe and I found the grounds to be immaculate and well maintained I highly recommend this place if you need to store your stuff.”

“The location didn't really have a place for me to sit and wait, but they let me borrow an office chair so I could use a pile of boxes to work from my laptop while I waited for my hitch install. The install took as long as estimated, and the price was unbeatable relative to other places I got quotes from. The hitches themselves are the same models as those sold by non uhaul locations, just with a generic name. Satisfied and would get a hitch from UHaul again.”
