“I would have given five stars, but there were quite a few empty shelves and it was a little confusing to locate certain items. The signage could definitely use some improvement. That said, the associates were friendly and helpful, and we scored some great clearance deals. I’ve always enjoyed shopping at this store and will continue to do so.”

“5 stars because I usually have a wonderful time! I go out of my way to go to this store over another because I adore the people who work here. They are usually very smart, incredibly helpful, and really quick! They carry everything I need and I had previously never had an issue. Today I had an absurdly uncomfortable issue with a cashier, though, who was very nice to the people in front of me but then would only scowl at me. She tried to refuse my coupons, attempted to tell me I shouldn’t have been given them, and then scoffed and rolled her eyes at me every time I tried to talk after the managers (who were lovely) left, saying the coupons were in fact valid. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I hope I never have the misfortune of encountering her and her incredibly negative and belittling attitude again. Yikes.”

The pharmacy staff are all super friendly and helpful. One time my insurance refused to cover any of my prescription so I started crying and the pharmacist was just so understanding and kind that it really helped me (my insurance eventually covered a bigger portion)”
“Sometimes in life you have to pay a stupid tax and sometimes kind people who take time out of there busy day at work will help lessen that tax. I threw my wallet away with my coffee cup today, 6/16/24, around 8AM. I didn’t realize I lost it until I got home around 12:30. Kapri helped me out over the phone and had a calming demeanor about that helped me during a stressful situation. Ben met me when I got to the store along with Jordan and helped me access the trash can. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could to all 3 of these folks.
PS Rick helped out at check out and was a delight too! Smiling and personable at 8 AM a Father’s Day Sunday. I didn’t know my wallet was missing then cause I used Apple Pay.”

“Some aspects better than TJ, some not- in general it is cheaper priced than TJ, Home Goods, Marshall's-- even for the exact same thing I bought a 48 pack of King markers at TJ Maxx only to walk into Ross and find the little exact same pack for I think three dollars less. Hit or miss like all of them changes day to day, visit to visit.”
“If they had a metric nut that he needed for the transmission. I can't remember their names but got speedy service to their hardware guy to find out they do sell metric nuts in different threads and sizes. Thanks folks at Big R!”

Craig was very helpful - I was looking for a mask and couldn't find one so he took time to help me find a mask (which wasn't an easy task). He was professional, courteous and friendly and really saved the day for me. Thanks, Craig!”
“If times are tough, come here. My wife was able to by gifts for 5 kids, 4 gifts a piece for just under 300. Clothes, toys and accessories. Great deals here all the time”
“I don't think sams club bakery gets the recognition it deserves but wanted to take the time to leve 5 stars! Typically I get birthday cakes from King Soopers or Walmart and they're expensive and dry. I ordered the Disney Princess 10 inch cake and the cupcakes. They turned out really pretty! I got the cake in chocolate & cupcakes mixed. I was hesitant to oder a chocolate cake because usually they turn out so dry. This cake is going on day 3 and is still moist! Thank you to the baker who made these because we will definitely be ordering items again.”

“Every time I go to this Walmart I have a good experience. The prices are good. King Soopers is on strike local 7. I will not cross a picket line until the strike is settled. No Safeway, no grocery stores that are local. 7. I'm a firm believer in the locals. That's right, the unions if you believe in Fair pay fair wages for the people who work hard for you. You won't cross the picket line either”
“The Walmart store in Arvada is where I like to go when the store nearest to my home doesn't have a certain product that I usually buy at Walmart. All of the Walmart stores have a wonderful collection of olive oils of many brands. The Arvada store is usually well stocked with these products. When I go there, l have no problem finding the brand I want. The clerks are also very friendly, and the shopping atmosphere seems friendlier than some of the smaller stores.”

“Although not my favorite Kohl's, it is a good store. It is set up the same way most locations are, making it easier for customers to find what they're looking for.
It is clean and the staff is friendly. My only complaint, and it is not an actual one, was my mother needed to use the restroom, and although we walked all the way around the store, we could not find one. They may not have one, but I did not check.”
