When we sat down to discuss price he offered the promotional savings for a new model and also offered a discounted floor model for much less. I appreciated his consideration for getting me a better price and the fact that we were able to get right to the point quickly without a lot of unnecessary fuss. The delivery people were very prompt and professional, took extra care not to damage anything, and even added felt pads to feet because it was on hardwood. Very reasonable delivery charge, $89 for hand delivery of a large sofa, two heavy side tables, and a very heavy coffee table.”
