“If you need to rent a moving truck, look no further. AVOID HOME DEPOT!

I had originally scheduled a truck rental with Home Depot in Golden, but when I went to pick it up, we had so many issues with the software they use to upload my driver's license. They refused to scan/take a photo of my license and said that it had to be done through the app that we could not get to work. They were incredibly unhelpful. After trying for over an hour (with mutiple different phones in different lighting conditions) to upload the my license, I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to U-Haul Moving and Storage of Golden.

The process was quick, seamless and the people working there were friendly, professional, and helpful. Best of all, I saved money! The truck rental costs were significantly cheaper than Home Depot. I wish I had gone here first. When you're taking off work to move, your time is precious. Save time and money and go with U-Haul Moving and Storage of Golden.”

“Smallish feed store relatively close to the city. I bought my layer hens here and sometimes come here for chicken feed and supplies. Selection can be limited and sometimes they are out of stock, so I've learned to call ahead. They load your purchase in your car for you, which is a nice personal touch.”

“After an incredibly stressful move, getting sick, being sore from moving, & administrative confusion contacting corporate for help, Brittany was a real HERO helping with the return process!!! I cannot say enough good things about Brittany. She kindly & clearly laid out the details of our rental, & helped me understand where some confusion came into play & never made me feel poorly about struggling to navigate the process. She was extremely helpful, positive, & experience-focused at the end of a hard time moving which made the whole thing so much easier & more enjoyable. “I called the Uhaul customer service line because I do not have time to call each location to see which location has the pieces to install a hitch and also be able to do the correct wiring harness. The customer service lady gave me the Uhaul on the opposite side of town that had the correct pieces and could install the same day. Well I get over there to find out that they do have the correct pieces but the installation guy is out sick and the owner Dala does not know when he will return to reschedule. So I bought the pieces. At least I had the pieces and she nicely loaded them up for to me to take home. Ultimately, I feel like I should of been angry because services were not rendered. However the way the owner treated me and explained the situation truthfully being Memorial Day weekend to wreck my plans because her guy wanted an extra day off is really unacceptable. But Dala was exceptional giving me other options that another location can put it on for me. I'm going to go ahead and give Dala and this location 5 stars because at no time did she ever give me attitude or a problem. She had apologized and it is was it is. Thank goodness I did find another location to put it on but at least this location provided half of the project. I would still go back there to rent a truck or buy any type of moving necessities.”
