“Honest service! Dropped my truck at Ford and after they didn't look at it for a week took it to AC Transmission. Determined there was no issue with the truck after a test drive, inspection, and inspection of fluid. They topped it off with fluid and no charge. 10R80 Transmission in F150 got a little hot on a trip in stop and go traffic and vented fluid. Will be back if I ever have an issue.”

“I drove down from Summit County in hopes of finding someone who could help me with a transmission/drivetrain issue. Made 10 + calls to multiple shops. Everyone was 2-weeks out to even look at my problem.I got ahold of Tom by chance. He said to bring the truck by and he would take a drive with me.We took the drive, Tom immediately suspected what the problem was.Pulled the truck in, changed out the parts (that he had in stock)I was a bit frightened to see the bill!When he gave it to me, I was in shock,I was expecting at least double what he charged me.
