“My Jeep Wrangler started overheating driving in the mountains. I had repairs at home before we left, so I called my mechanic for a recommendation. He found Katz Automotive and arranged for them to call me that night to set up an appointment.
There were multiple issues (battery, power steering hose, thermostat) that needed to be addressed and parts replaced. Alex not only got us in at 8:00 AM, but got us out back on the road by 2:00 PM. He kept us informed of the progress, showed us the leaking hose, and explained everything his crew was doing. His staff kept us supplied with water and we were even invited to share the home cooked food that was brought in. Now that is true service.
Bonus - Katz is part of the Napa Auto network, so if we need any further repairs on the work they did, we can call the toll free number to get the shop closest to get it taken care of.”

“Traveling through Grand Junction, car started making a serious crunching sound from the front. Was sure it was a CV axle. Ryan at Brakes Plus took in the car immediately, and determined it was loose lug nuts (!) No charge! Could have easily told us it was a bad CV and charged us hundreds. If you are in the Grand Junction area take your car to Brakes Plus!! They do more than brakes, and are HONEST.”

“Thank you Don. Called you on the phone with some symptoms on my Sienna. You listened and mentioned 2-3 things it might be. You said bring it in, we will diagnose it and give you a price. No charge if you decide not to use us. Parts ordered, and two days later I don’t have a clunk going into and out of drive anymore. It was the engine mounts causing a sag and tension.

Not only that, they did a warranty recharge to help me diagnosis my issues after they already fixed and charged it. Will continue to use Polar Bear in the future.”
