“Nate was an outstanding spokesman for the company. All of the employees were highly trained and were visibly happy to see me! I can say without a doubt this is a group of employees that consider themselves family and welcome each customer in as one of their own. I was blown away with the experience. Every call I made, every concern I had, any small issue was wiped away with world class customer service that I have never witnessed within any organization until the day I picked up my vehicle. It felt like I was driving a new car off the lot. 2 words describe this experience: simply unbelievable. I can't thank Nate, especially his assistant manager, and his entire staff (Tim as well was instrumental) enough! All of the employees at this enterprise seemed extremely happy with their career. “The easiest process of picking up a car in all the airports I've been in. Large selection and extremely accessible from terminal. Very clean vehicles and zero problems with the Jeep I had even over mountain passes. Return was just as seamless and agents are helpful and friendly.”

“Amazing service! Our flight from Grand Junction to Denver was canceled due to weather and we had to drive to Denver. Hertz had no cars left but the manager, Matt, took my phone number and actually called when a car came in. Incredible!”

“Dollar in Grand Junction had the best price. However, I almost didn't rent because of the negative Google reviews. However, I did rent and was pleasantly surprised. The rental was arranged several days in advance and I paid in advance the daily rental amount. Taxes and fees were paid when I picked up the SUV. The lady at the rental counter was friendly and professional. She offered but didn't push insurance, gasoline pre-purchase, etc. The vehicle had less than 10,000 miles and was clean and in tiptop shape. My rental lasted 975 miles over nine days. Vehicle return was with same nice lady. There were no surprises and without hesitation, I would rent with them again.”
