“We had an extended wait. My wife and I often talk about getting in the wrong line. The service was short and professional. We used the coupon provided by Valvoline. We won’t go anywhere else. Even though the tech that talked to us and said he was scouted by a competitor and that he would be leaving. I’m going to have my other vehicle done today.”
“I took my forerunner in this afternoon to have its oil changed and had a great experience. The staff was extremely pleasant and offered snacks and drinks to my seven-year-old who was with me. I also got a great education on tire pressure!! Staff was very hospitable, knowledgeable, and just, kind in general. In today’s world, kindness goes a very long way, and it was greatly appreciated by me today.”

“They replaced two trailer tires for me. I called around to different shops and they were the best price. I thought they did a good job although the shop lead is kind of a jerk. Also, there’s almost never anyone at the register. That being said, I’m still planning to use them if I need work done in the future.”
