I'm here at spectrum, been here more than 30 minutes. Waiting on a person to help me. Matt matt is uh customer service representative. He's very rude disrespectful. I've seen him talk crazy to a veteran earlier.He doesn't need a job here talking the way he talks

Waited a hour in the store and watched as people who just walked in got help
Then was told to go to a different place to compete my return after sitting in there for a hour

Recommend making an apt online first. Or wait time was only 20 mind, but it seemed like a few people had left before they were seen.
