“This 5 star review is strictly for the excellent work and customer service from Ayden. My wife had walked in about 10 minutes ahead of me. She was being helped by Ayden while I walked to the men's wall to look at the shoes. I found one I liked and needed assistance. Again, Ayden was busy helping my wife, while the 2 other employees only worried about each other, gossiping and even distracting Ayden as he was working. They did not even look in the direction of any customers in the store. My wife knew I wanted help and asked the 2 talking employees, do you work here? They responded yes, and she said, well he wants help while pointing at me. The female rolled her eyes so hard. The male was rude right off the bat also. Said they don't have my size and that was it. My wife then directed me to Ayden, who immediately turned my experience in the right direction. He helped me by letting me know he could order my size possibly, and once confirmed he could, I made the purchase. That little bit of effort brought another sale, but even better, will bring me back again. You almost lost a customer because the horrible customer service from other said employees. BTW, I was in today Around 1:45.”
