“This is now my "go to" for repairing my family's Samsung phones. My daughter's S22 Ultra's back was coming off. It turns out she's been overcharging her phone and the battery swelled. I brought it into the shop at 1:30 pm and it was ready at 4:00 pm. They activitated the phone's battery protection so it wouldn't overcharge again and showed me how so I could enable it on my other phones. The final cost was very reasonable and matched their estimate. When my wife's and other daughter's batteries die, I won't hesitate to have them replace them.”

“Was looking around to find some place to repair an old set of speakers. Found this place called up & talked to Eddie. He seemed to really understand what I was wanting. Brought the speakers down m, he said he’d get back to me in a couple of weeks. GreatTwo weeks later he calls and says I’m all set come pick up your speakers. Awwww ok can you tell me what was wrong yes, you had a bad wire/connection which was causing the bad sound so he then checked all connections and everything else was good to go said the speakers actually sound really good for how old they are. $60 and I’m out the door listening to my old albums againThe thing is Eddie could have easily said I need new speakers and up sell me here but he didn’t. 5 stars all around Highly recommended this place”
“I had a great experience with uBreakiFix.
I originally went to another repair shop when my iPhone stopped working, but they weren’t able to diagnose the issue and ended up replacing the screen with a non-OEM part. To their credit, I wasn’t charged, but the underlying problem wasn’t fixed and the phone now shows the non-OEM screen warning on restart.
I then brought the phone to uBreakiFix, and the difference was clear immediately. They quickly diagnosed the real issue as a failing battery, explained exactly what was going on, and had it fixed within a couple of hours. The phone has been working perfectly since.
Excellent customer service, clear communication, and solid technical diagnosis. I really appreciated how they explained what was wrong, what they were doing, and what I should do next. Highly recommend.”
“I had gone to 2 jewelry stores in the mall to have a silver bracelet fitted with a new lobster clasp as the old one broke loose. Both places quoted $139, and would have to send it off-site with a 2 week wait. I was leaving and spotted a kiosk labeled "Watch & Jewelry Repair". Great service. 10 minutes. $40! He sauntered the clasp on so the jump ring wouldn't come loose again, and even deep cleaned and polished the bracelet for free. He just earned a new lifetime customer.”

“Mike literally amazed me ... I could not find anyone in the Denver Metro area who would even attempt to repair my blown NAD integrated amp. Mike took it on, diagnosed the failure, correctly identified the failed component and then was able to identify and source a replacement chip from a third party manufacturer and repaired the amp ... all without the benefit of schematics, trouble shooting documentation or access to OEM components. As an MIT-trained electronics engineer, I can attest to the expertise and savvy required - I certainly would not attempt it. The estimation fee and final pricing were both extremely reasonable and far less than the manufacturer' s service center would have likely have charged. Plus Mike dependably provided updates throughout the process and was, overall, a pleasure to work with.”

“Bill is amazing!! I brought my receiver to him just before closing after finding a last-ditch YouTube video on how to fix my system after a power surge at my home caused internal problems. It would requie taking the system apart and shorting 2 solder pads together, which I would have never found by myself (have you seen how tiny the connections are inside one of these things?!). He stopped what he was doing and helped me fix my system! If any of you need any electronics fixed, this is the guy. He's had this place since the 1980s. Also, I chose to take my receiver to him based on all his awesome reviews here. They were right!”

I especially go there for my Apple products and they’re also very good about any other kind of device you have might have issues with.
