“Purchase process was smooth and battery for my side by side fit perfectly. However, the battery wasn't fully charged, which required an hour or so on my battery tender to bring it up to the full 12.8 volts, as required by the manufacturer specs. Seems good now.”

She explained the pricing (and potential pricing if parts were needed) and an estimate on how long it may take. The service team were right on schedule with the time estimate and explained about needing replacement parts (which I had honestly anticipated) and the machine was actually ready ahead of schedule!
