Not only did we purchase and have expertly installed, exquisite, high quality, hi-fi audio visual equipment for several rooms and systems, as well as a total rehab of our home IT network, but these two gentlemen made our entire experience most enjoyable and exceptional - personal and friendly, yet always, obviously, technologically advanced and professional.
While not being very tech-savvy ourselves, Brad and Taylor offered great and genuine patience with us in thorough education and training us how to utilize the most that our chosen equipment offers - and with follow up and open offers to call them with any questions for further clarification and support (which we have done on multiple occasions with immediate helpful and friendly support).
The products can speak for themselves, thanks to a finely tuned showroom (curated with great expertise and discernment for some of the highest quality equipment for in-home use) for personal and optimal live visual and auditory experience, but Taylor took the time to walk through every question, concern, curiosity, specific need and optimal desire that we had.
