“I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding care I received from my pharmacist, Steve, today. He went far above and beyond what I expected. When my prescription was delayed due to a policy change, he didn’t just inform me—he took action.
Steve personally contacted my doctor on my behalf, stayed on top of the situation, and made sure all the necessary follow-ups were handled. What meant the most to me was how consistently he kept me informed throughout the process. That level of communication made a huge difference—it relieved so much stress and worry during a situation that was completely out of my control.
Because of his dedication, I didn’t have to chase updates or sit in uncertainty. I truly felt cared for and supported. His professionalism, compassion, and commitment to his patients do not go unnoticed.
