“I absolutely love Natural Grocers💚 From the customer service to the quality and quantity of the food to the supplements and so much in between you truly can't go wrong shopping here😉 This specific store I have never been to before but as always they did not disappoint. The manager and another worker helped me with some questions I had and I was able to get what I needed at a good price. These stores are always clean and constantly being stocked. If your looking for a healthier way to live and eat Natural Grocers is definitely the place to go🥰 Stay kind everyone✌”

“Love it. I am from California and stumbled into this shop on a trip to Denver. Prices are comparable and some bumbu actually are cheaper than I found in California. Very good selections / variety of Indonesian items. Will definitely be back if I am in Denver area.”

“I personally have never been to this store yet due to just moving into the area but I did an online order for delivery and my order was sent here. There was a small issue with my order (not their fault) so I called to talk to someone in the online pickup/delivery department. “I want to recognize Juan, Carlos, and Jeremiah at the front end Customer Service Desk on July 26, 2026 at 2:21 PM for being incredibly friendly and patient during my visit. It was extremely hot outside, and I was overheated, dizzy, and honestly a little cranky, but they stayed kind, calm, and helpful the entire time.
They assisted me with everything I needed at customer service, were attentive and polite to the service dog I was watching, and handled my frazzled “Karen attitude” with grace. At one point I even got accusatory, but they gently helped me realize I had simply been disoriented from the heat. I was quick to apologize.
Their professionalism, patience, and kindness deserve recognition. Thank you all for making a rough moment so much easier.”

“Bill in Estes Park deli went above and beyond excellent customer service today!! He made me want to cry!! My father's 90th birthday is sunday and he has cancer, so very well could be his last. He wanted a baked ham. Estes meat department dropped the ball completely , but BILL stepped up and made it right. I never do this, but this man deserves a big raise. Customer service is NOT what estes park is known for, Bill is raising the bar!!!!”
