Damien originally met me at my house and spent a good 1.5 hours discussing move options and providing a bid which was significantly under the competition. That included taking some furniture for Goodwill/disposal. The final bill was actually lower! The company accommodated a shift in the schedule, and everything happened exactly as promised. “I was looking online for storage spaces by home for low rates. I called the customer service number and spoke to Richard who was really helpful and answered all my questions. I reserved my unit and not too long after, Brittney, the manager called and we got payment completed and she offered additional information. She’s very friendly and helpful. When I got to location she showed me around and how to open and close the doors. The facility is very clean. They have a lot of moving supplies as well! No complaints!”

“Wow, what an upgrade from Public Storage! This place is clean and everything works! I went to see my unit on my own. It was very easy to just pop it open check it out. The lightbulb worked everything was in great repair. There was a dolly cart on each end of the building. I walked into the office to introduce myself to the property manager. I was amazed it smelled and looked like the maid service just left. The property manager is sweet, kind and honest. We talked about why I was getting a storage unit and that I was moving over from public storage It’s like night and day between the two companies! Idgaf about their move in for a dollar for the 1st month. Those guys jacked up my rent by $150 the third month in. They had some homeless people hanging out in a car inside of their storage place and they body blocked me into my unit while I was by myself. I will never again use public storage. This place is nice! No homeless people living in the units.”
