“Easy to sign up online. Needed to increase size a few days later. 2 minute call then drove down there. Juan recognized me from the phone, quick card swipe, swapped my lock, done deal. Quick and easy hassle-free.”
“I cannot believe how kind and helpful Rick and Adler were in my crazy move. Their communication and knowledge were flawless and anyone who needs storage should call this place home for their belongings!”
“All staff are friendly and ever so helpful. I’m in the middle of a move and have never had to store my belongings before. Should I ever find myself in this situation again? I definitely will use your company. Kudos to the facility and of course, the three staff members that I have interacted with. Great group of people. Thank you”
“Marnie at Public Storage was absolutely amazing! She provided excellent customer service, was friendly, professional, patient, and made the whole process so easy. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my questions. It’s refreshing to receive such genuinely helpful and kind service. Public Storage is lucky to have her—thank you, Marnie!”
“I have used this storage facility many times and I have always been happy with everything. The staff that works there are very kind and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this storage facility 2 any who needs a clean unit with no problem. Definitely a satisfying experience. 😊👌”
“They helped picked out the hitch for my subaru and it looks great. Worth the labor costs instead of me trying to do it myself and mess up my car frame or something!
I showed up at 7am and there was already one other person before me to get their hitch installed. Unfortunately, the person who set up their appt was new and did not order a hitch for them (So make sure they order one when u make your appointment!). Dropped it off at 7:30 basically and got it back around 11am. The only downside to this location is if you plan on waiting, theres really no place to sit nearby except a KFC, which opens at 10, or two small benches out front of Target. Theres a Starbucks in Target but there's no seating inside.”
“I had a few simple misunderstandings I wasnt sure how to handle. So I waited for the morning to return the truck so I could speak with staff members. Ryan and Cassandra took care of me with a smile on their faces and said they would take care of me. Thanks guys! Helping my grandmother move was less of a headache thanks to you guys”

“Deb was incredibly helpful and generous to getting me started with my storage unit. I booked one too small, she easily changed it. She also informed me that my unit was close to the highway and it will blow in dust. She gave me plenty of covers for all my items for free and saved me that surprise! Stored my things here for 9 months without any concerns or problems. Thank you Deb and Mini U!”
